High quality beef has become a focus of our operation.  Kentucky pastures provide the perfect setting to raise beef cattle.  Our cattle are never confined to feed lots and never given growth hormones.  They spend their entire lives on pasture, eating grass and hay and supplemented with grain to add flavor to the beef.  We strive to raise our animals ethically, giving them a happy, healthy life.  Our beef is humanely processed in a USDA inspected facility, frozen and vacuum sealed for convenience and to maintain freshness.

Purchasing Beef: 

We sell beef by the quarter, half, and whole.

A quarter of beef is approximately 100 pounds of beef in your freezer,

with 50 pounds being steaks, stew meats and roasts and 50 pounds of ground beef.

​

We also sell Beef Boxes! 

When available, Beef Boxes consist of about 15-25 pounds of beef in various cuts. 

This allows you the chance to try out our beef before you order a quarter, 

or purchase in smaller quantities if you are limited on freezer space.
